The payment will be done via Paypal ( FAMILY AND FRIENDS ONLY) before starting your commission. I will not begin with the commission till I receive the full payment.

Any BIG modification to your commission (pose change, background change, or any other details) must be done during the sketch phase and before the final sketch is approved, otherwise I will charge an extra for it.

There will be unlimited revisions only during the rough sketch phase, once the rough sketch phase is done and move to the next stages of the commission, there will only be 5 limited revisions for detailed sketch phase and 1 limited revision per phase for the rest of the process. Please be mindful and check each update carefully, if an adjustment is required please make sure to give the most amount of detail possible, also send references if possible. Each extra revision will cost an extra amount, and it varies depending on the complexity of the adjustment.

Every update I provide of your commission will have my personal watermark grid on it, only the finished piece will be watermark free but will have my signature.

You must state if your commission is for personal use, or commercial use.

If you’re any kind of content creator and you’re commissioning art of any character(s) to use it in a video, stream, thumbnail, announcement or promotion on social media then is considered for commercial use and the commercial use fee must be applied

If your commission isn´t for commercial use you´re allowed to use it for personal use only (print it for you is ok but not profit from it) and claim the right of your character(s) but not the artwork itself. Also you are allowed to post the artwork giving proper credits to the artist.

I, the artist, hold all rights to the produced piece, not the comissioner, therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Post it on social media in order to promote my work (unless is a private commission, therefore you must pay a 50% fee of the overall commission price so I don’t use it as portfolio). I will not claim the intellectual property of your character, nor will I profit from the commissioned artwork

The usage of my artwork to feed AI tools or to generate AI images using it as a reference is PROHIBITED

Any modification or rework of my artwork by another artist (or yourself) is also prohibited.

The removal of my watermark/ signature is also prohibited.

Once the payment is done you have no right to cancel your commission or ask for a refund, however you have the right to cancel your commission if you didn´t have pay for it yet or if your commission takes longer than 5 months without updates

I have all rights to cancel your commission if I feel unconfortable, I´m feeling mistreated or I´m having serious personal issues that doesn´t allow me to continue with it.

I can draw fanart of any fandom, ship art, crossovers, original characters and real people in my style.

I will NOT draw gore, hate art or anything related to problematic themes as: religion, politics and ideologies.
